Clearrix ("we", "our", "the bot") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data is collected, how it is used, and your rights regarding that data. By adding Clearrix to your server, you agree to this policy.
Data We Collect
Clearrix is designed to minimize data collection. The following data may be processed during bot operation:
• User IDs — to execute commands properly and identify who triggered them
• Server IDs — for server-specific functionality
• Message Content — only when using commands like /clear, processed temporarily
How We Use Data
The collected data is used only for:
• Executing bot commands
• Managing and deleting messages
• Improving bot performance and features
Data is never used for advertising, profiling, or any purpose outside of bot functionality.
Data Storage
• Clearrix does not store personal data permanently
• Temporary data may be cached during command execution only
• No sensitive user data is saved to disk or databases
• All processed data is discarded after the command completes
Data Protection
We take reasonable measures to protect data:
• No selling or sharing of user data with third parties
• No access to data outside of bot functionality
• Secure handling of all temporary data
• Minimal permission model — only requests what is strictly necessary
Third-Party Services
Clearrix operates through the Discord API. By adding and using Clearrix, you also agree to Discord's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
No other third-party services receive your data.
Data Sharing
Clearrix does not:
• Sell user data
• Share personal information with any parties
• Use data for advertising purposes
• Transfer data outside of Discord's infrastructure
Data Deletion
Since Clearrix does not store data permanently:
• No manual data deletion request is required
• All processed data is temporary and automatically discarded
• You can remove Clearrix from your server at any time to stop all data processing
