By inviting or using Clearrix in your Discord server, you agree to follow these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not add or use Clearrix.

Continued use of Clearrix after any updates to these terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

You agree NOT to use Clearrix for:

• Illegal or harmful activities of any kind

• Abusing, spamming, or overloading the bot with excessive requests

• Attempting to exploit, reverse-engineer, or compromise the bot

• Violating Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines

• Using the bot to harass, harm, or target other users

Clearrix requires certain permissions (such as Manage Messages) to function.

You are solely responsible for granting and managing these permissions on your server.

Granting Clearrix permissions on your server is done at your own discretion and risk.

Always verify that the bot's role and permissions are configured appropriately for your server's needs.

Clearrix is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind.

• Features may change, be updated, or be removed at any time without notice

• Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability

• We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to Clearrix for any reason

We are not responsible or liable for:

• Data loss, including deleted messages (intended or accidental)

• Server misconfiguration or permission errors caused by the server owner/admins

• Misuse of bot commands by server members

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from bot use

• Actions taken by Discord that affect bot functionality

These Terms of Service may be updated at any time.

Significant changes will be announced in the support server when possible.

Continued use of Clearrix after changes are published means you accept the updated terms.
